01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Polligon's services, tools, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polligon Systems. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

02 Service Provision

Polligon provides custom web architecture, digital tools, and technical consultation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Project estimates provided via our automated tools are baseline approximations and do not constitute a final binding quote.

03 Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in a signed project contract, all proprietary technologies, codebases, design patterns, and AI models utilized or provided by Polligon remain the exclusive property of Polligon Systems. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our tools (Nova AI, Orchid Gen, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

04 User Obligations

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your session. Any attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or bypass security protocols will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

05 Limitation of Liability

Polligon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We provide our platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
